Ken, I wanted to thank you for the work you did on our house in Pinehurst. As you know, we do not live in the house but rather rent it full time. Being a long distance customer is made easy by how well you manage my home improvement projects. We have now used you and your company on three separate work orders and each time the work was outstanding. We trust you and are very happy with the work. In fact I think the house now looks better then when we built it 20 years ago.

Last month I had Le Claire Construction, Inc. install a concrete drive and walkway at my home in Seven Lakes. The work that was done exceeded all my expectations. I have had at least two dozen of my friends and neighbors compliment me on the fine work that was done. Thanks so much for having James come out to strip, re-prime and repaint the railings on our deck. Thank you for choosing to work with such reputable subcontractors. I doubt that the same professionalism would exist if you were not so selective in who you worked with. I can't think of another occasion in my experience, where contractors have stood by their job as much as you and James have.

We asked Ken to replace our aged vinyl shake siding. He took the time to show us samples, gave us addresses of homes with the samples installed, even arranged for us to talk w/a distributor (yes, I ask a lot of questions!) and also showed us his finished projects. He talked to at least 3 installers to decide who was best for our project, at the best price. He managed all aspects of the project.

The work site (our house and yard!) was kept neat as the work was professionally performed. The new vinyl shakes look fantastic. We are extremely satisfied with the process and the results! Thank you!!!

Thanks for the superb work your people did for me on Mom's house in Seven Lakes.

I appreciate your professional recommendations and repairs to the flat rubber-membrane roofing, water-damaged eaves, facia structure, decking, buried drainage lines, irrigation system, and painting; plus the interior drywall and skylight repairs and painting; plus the new installations of the deck ramp, landscaped ramp, breezeway deck railing, gutters, and the Leaf Solution gutter guards.

Oh yeah, and the totally re-shingled roof you did looks great.

I also appreciate your excellent workmanship, straight and clear pricing, quick execution, flexible scheduling, and the no-mess work period and cleanup.

It didn't impact Mom's bridge parties a bit, and she felt very secure alone in the house while you folks were around or even inside. Yep, job well done.

When I get that new house I'm looking for, I'll surely have another list of projects for you.
I might even have you turn Mom's carport into an enclosed garage in the near future.

Dear Ken:

This is just a short note of thanks for making our renovation project as pleasant as it could be. It isn't easy to live in a torn apart house with three dogs, one of them a puppy not yet housebroken, and survive reasonably unscathed.

We appreciate the speed, efficiency and craftsmanship exhibited by your workmen and all of the sub-contractors. And having you here every morning to inspect the work, give us ideas and keep us informed was so beneficial to our sanity. Hi Ken,

I just want to thank you for helping us to resolve the problem with our sink.

Blarney Stone coordinated with Doug Smith to remove the plumbing. The sink was removed and replaced as it should have been done in the first place. They put in more brackets to hold the sink in tightly and the silicone adhesive/sealer was done carefully. Looks like this should do the job (crossing our fingers anyway!). Doug will bill Blarney Stone for the plumbing work.

We are loving the kitchen and are pleased we selected you as our contractor.
